About the speaker
Jiri Lundak is a software development oldtimer, with more than 20 years of software
development experience, from the early days of host computers to distributed systems.
He works currently as head of development for Löwenfels Partner AG, based in Lucerne,
Switzerland. He is still actively developing software, but has recognized that most
problems in software development are not of technical nature, but most of the time
people problems. As a Practicing Certified ScrumMaster he acts as change agent for
Agile practices.
